I C N Telesystmes

I C N Telesystmes is located over in Vikaspuri at number 204. Our shop is not a very big place, but it has enough room for all the technical equipment we need. Most of our days are spent untangling wires or trying to figure out why some phone systems are not working right. The shelves in the back are mostly full of old boxes and spare parts that we keep just in case they are needed later. It can get a bit dusty if we do not find time to clean every single day. Customers usually walk in through the front door with some kind of electronic problem that they cannot fix by themselves. We sit at the main desk and try to see what is happening with their gear. Vikaspuri is a pretty busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and rickshaws coming inside. We have a couple of old chairs where people can sit while they wait, but most of them just stand around and talk to us while we work. The lighting inside is very bright because we need to see those tiny little connections inside the machines. Sometimes we have to leave the shop and go out to other buildings to fix things on-site, so the place stays quiet for a few hours. We do not use any fancy software to keep track of our work, just some simple notebooks and our own memories. It works for us and our customers. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that is when we usually take our breaks.
