Hutch Teleshop

Hutch Teleshop is right on the main road in Saket, specifically at G-4 near the PVR. Since we are so close to the cinema, we get a lot of people just wandering in while they wait for their movie to start. We handle a lot of mobile phone stuff, like new connections, recharges, and some basic devices. The shop is quite small, so it can feel a bit cramped when it’s busy. We’ve got some glass counters where we keep the phones, but they always seem to have smudges on them. It’s a very casual place. We don't wear uniforms and we usually have the radio playing in the background. Sometimes we get people coming in who are really frustrated with their phones, and we just try to help them out as best as we can. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment at all. We just chat with the customers and see what they need. The area is always lively, and we like being part of the Saket crowd. We’ve seen the technology change so fast, from old basic phones to the smartphones everyone has now. We just try to keep up with it all so we can answer the questions people have. It’s a small, local shop that’s been around for a while, and we just like helping people stay connected without any complicated corporate nonsense.
