At Humit Communication, we are located in Vasant Kunj, specifically in the main gali of Masood Pur at A 102. The shop is one of those places where you can find us most hours of the day. Masood Pur has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of that daily cycle. We spend most of our time dealing with mobile phones, whether it is fixing a cracked screen or helping someone get a new connection sorted out. The gali gets quite narrow and busy, especially when the delivery bikes are trying to get through. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We have a small glass counter where we keep some of the basic accessories like chargers and earphones that people lose all the time. Working here means you talk to a lot of people from all walks of life. Some are in a huge hurry and others want to sit for a minute and chat while their phone is getting a quick software update. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons because the fan isn't the strongest, but we manage somehow. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years but the basic needs of the people here stay pretty much the same. People just want their phones to work so they can talk to their friends and family. That’s what we spend our time doing at A 102 in the main lane every single day.
