Ht Media Limited

Our office is located at A-471, Durga Marg in the Mandawali area of Delhi. Ht Media Limited has been in this part of Fazalpur for quite some time now. It’s a very local neighborhood with plenty of small shops and houses around us. Our building is a standard residential-style structure that we’ve turned into an office. It’s not a shiny corporate tower with glass windows. Inside, it’s actually quite crowded. We have desks squeezed into every available space. There are papers and folders everywhere because we handle a lot of information. It’s a bit noisy, with people constantly talking or the sound of the street coming through the windows. We don't have any fancy mission statements or motivational posters on the walls. We just come in and get to work. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We’ve been working together in this same spot for years, so we know each other’s habits. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get samosas or tea for everyone. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use a lot of fancy business words or have long, pointless meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Working in Mandawali has its challenges, like the narrow roads and the summer heat, but it’s our base and we’ve made it work for a long time. It’s just a normal office run by normal people.
