If you know Rajouri Garden, you know how crazy the market gets. We are at Shop No.-15, over in A-2/40. Hotspot Retail has been part of this chaos for a good bit of time. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot into it. It’s mostly mobile phones and accessories. On weekends, the foot traffic is just non-stop, and sometimes it feels like we’re running a marathon just standing behind the counter. We get all sorts of people. Some know exactly what they want, others want to touch every phone on display before deciding they’ll come back next month. We just roll with it. The air conditioning struggles sometimes when the door keeps opening and shutting, but we get used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Delhi, just a reliable spot in Rajouri where you can get your tech sorted. Our staff is just a couple of guys who know their way around a smartphone. We don’t wear uniforms or anything like that, just casual clothes because it’s easier to work in. Sometimes the stock delivery is late and we have to tell people to wait, which is never fun. But that’s retail life for you. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something happening right outside our window in the street. We just keep the lights on and keep working. There is always a new model coming out, so the shelves never look the same for very long.
