Himansu Telecom

We are Himansu Telecom and our shop is located in Uttam Nagar at Jain Park Main Matiala Road. The address is Rz-A1 and it is a busy spot where people come and go all day. My brother and I run the place mostly by ourselves. We handle all kinds of things like fixing broken phone screens or helping someone set up a new SIM card. The shop is small and we keep it pretty simple with just some glass counters and a few chairs for people to wait. On weekends the road outside gets really loud with rickshaws and people walking to the market. We have been here for a good while now and most of the locals know us by name. Sometimes the workbench gets a bit messy with all the tiny screws and tools lying around but that is just how it is when we have a lot of repairs to finish. If we don’t have a part in stock we tell the customer straight that it will take a day or two to get it from the main market. We don't have fancy lights or big signs. It is just a regular shop where we do our work and go home when the shutters go down at night. We just try to get the phones working again so people can go about their day. It’s a quiet way to earn a living in this part of Delhi.
