Himalya Tent House

We've been at K- 77 on Uttam Nagar Som Bazar Road for quite some time now. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets, especially on market days when the whole road is packed with people looking for deals. We spend most of our mornings getting the poles and fabrics ready. It's hard work lifting the heavy frames, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the weather doesn't help much, but we manage. People around here usually just walk in when they have something coming up in the family. We aren't a big fancy office or anything like that. It's just a shop where we keep our stuff and talk to neighbors about what they need for their gatherings. The traffic on Som Bazar Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but we’re used to the noise by now. We just focus on getting the tents loaded onto the rickshaws or trucks. It's a lot of manual labor, honestly. My hands are usually dusty by noon. We don't really do much online stuff, mostly just folks from Uttam Nagar stopping by because they saw our sign while walking to the metro or the market. It’s a simple life here. We open up early, check the inventory, and see who comes through the door. Some days are slow, others we can't even sit down for a tea. That’s just how it goes for us at Himalya Tent House. We're just local people doing our jobs.
