You can find us over at 11, Kiran Vihar in Karkardooma. Being in this part of Delhi means we are always in the middle of a lot of activity. We’ve been operating as Hcl Technologies Bpo Services Ltd. from this spot for a while. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a functional space where we handle the BPO side of things. Karkardooma is a familiar area for most people around here, and being at number 11 makes it easy to spot once you get into the lane. We have quite a few people coming in and out because of the shifts, so the place never really feels empty. It’s got that typical Delhi vibe, a bit crowded but it works for us. We do a lot of phone work and data tasks, so there is always a hum of voices in the background. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find marble floors or anything like that. We just focus on getting through the calls and the tickets. The 110092 area is pretty convenient for the staff since the transport is decent. Sometimes we grab tea from the local stall nearby during breaks. It's a straightforward operation here at Kiran Vihar. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just stay busy with the work that comes in every day. It’s a solid place to be for this kind of business. The desks are a bit messy, but the work gets done.
