Hasan Telecom is tucked away in Shaheen Bagh at E133. It’s a small corner of the world, but it’s home to us. We’ve been operating out of this spot for several years, mainly focusing on mobile repairs and selling second-hand handsets. Shaheen Bagh is always moving, always loud, and our shop is no different. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a battery or a screen that’s cracked. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. It’s just a few glass counters and a workbench in the back where the real work happens. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to explain that to customers who want their phones back in an hour. It’s just part of the trade. We grew up around here, so we know the local vibe. People trust us because we’re honest about what can be fixed and what’s a waste of money. We don't use any corporate scripts or anything. We just talk to people like neighbors. On Fridays, it’s a bit different, a bit slower, but the rest of the week is a bit of a scramble. We keep a stash of old chargers and cables because you never know when someone will need an obscure one. It’s a simple business, built on being there when someone’s phone dies. We’ll probably be here at E133 for a long time to come because this is where we belong.
