Started the shop in Paharganj quite some time back. It is on Laxmi Narayen Street, specifically at number 2295/2. This area is always moving, lots of tourists and locals passing by every minute. We deal with mobile phones mostly. People drop in because their screen broke or they need a new SIM card. Sometimes they just want a recharge done quickly while they are walking to the station. The shop isn't very big, just a regular counter and some shelves with chargers and covers. My brother and I sit here most days. It gets dusty because of the construction nearby but we keep cleaning the glass. We don't have a big team or anything, just us. We handle the repairs ourselves or send them out if it is something too complicated for our tools. If you are looking for the place, just find the street near the main market area and look for the sign. We stay open until late evening most days unless there is a festival or some family thing. It is a bit loud outside with the rickshaws and people shouting but that is just how Paharganj is. We have seen the street change a lot over the years. New shops come and go but we have stayed right here. Nothing fancy about the place, just a simple spot to get your phone fixed or buy a cable when yours stops working. We try to keep things honest and just do what we can for the folks who stop by.
