Hansa Events & Activation

Up on the first floor at D-608 in C R Park, you’ll find us working away. This part of New Delhi always has something going on, and Hansa Events & Activation fits right into that energy. Our office isn't anything too special to look at, just a practical space where we plan things out and keep track of equipment. Being in C R Park means there’s always good food nearby, which helps when we’re staying late to finish a project. We handle a lot of the hands-on stuff that goes into making an event work. It involves a lot of lifting, moving boxes, and making sure the electronics actually turn on when they’re supposed to. It’s not a glamorous life, despite what people think about the events industry. There’s usually a lot of dust and tape involved. We’ve got a small crew, and everyone knows what they need to do. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we’re out on-site for twelve hours straight. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the stuff gets where it needs to go. The office is often cluttered with banners or leftover supplies from the last job, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy life here in 110019, and we’ve gotten pretty good at handling the local chaos.
