Habile Communication

We are based at D-1b/10a in Janakpuri. This is a small shop where we deal with mobile phones and communication services. It’s tucked away in a residential part of the neighborhood, so it feels more like a local hangout than a big store. We handle all the usual things, like fixing broken screens, selling accessories, and helping people with their phone settings. It’s just a couple of us working here most of the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Delhi. We just want to be the place where people in Janakpuri can come when they have a problem with their device. The shop has a simple glass counter and some shelves with the stuff we sell. It’s not fancy, and we don't have a big marketing budget. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time explaining how different phones work to people who aren't very tech-savvy. It’s a nice way to spend the day, and we’ve made some good acquaintances in the area. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we thought, and we have to call the customer to explain the delay. We just try to be fair and do the work properly. Being at D-1b/10a is a good spot for us. It’s a steady business that keeps us connected to the community. We open up in the morning and stay until the lights go out.
