Gyan Communication

Gyan Communication is located at number 15 in the Kashmiri Market of Malviya Nagar. It is a small shop, but we try to fit a lot into it. We mostly spend our days fixing broken phone screens or helping people with their mobile connections. The market is always very crowded and noisy, so there's always something to look at while we work. We have cables, phone covers, and all sorts of small gadgets hanging from everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but we know where we’ve put everything. We aren't a big, polished electronics store. It’s just a place where you can come and get your phone sorted without any trouble. We’ve been here for several years and we know a lot of the regular people who live in Malviya Nagar. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions or to have a quick chat while we work on a repair. We don't have any fancy uniforms or corporate rules. We just do the work as it comes in. If a phone is too broken to fix, we just tell the person straight. We try to be helpful and honest because that’s how you keep customers coming back in a neighborhood like this. It’s a busy, cramped little shop, but it’s our place and we like being right in the middle of the market. It keeps us on our toes.
