Gupta Telecom Centre

We are located at Shakti Nagar GT Road, house number 12091/92. It is a small shop right on the main road, so we get a lot of people just walking in while they are on their way to the bus stop or the station. Most of the work involves fixing phones or helping people get their SIM cards sorted out. We have a small glass counter where we keep some chargers and screen guards. Behind the counter, there is a tiny desk with a soldering iron and a bright lamp where we do the repairs. It is often quite messy with wires and small screws lying around. The noise from the GT Road is constant, especially the heavy buses that rumble past and make the glass windows shake a little. We spend a lot of time explaining how certain phone settings work to older people who live in the colony behind us. It is not a high-tech lab, just a local spot where you can get your mobile fixed without a lot of fuss. Sometimes we run out of change, so we have to go to the grocery store next door to break a big note. We stay open late because that is when most people realize their phone is acting up after work.
