Gupta Mobile Store

The shop is located at 1196/13 A in the Govindpuri area of Kalkaji. It’s a small place where we spend most of our day dealing with mobile phones. People from the neighborhood come in when they have a cracked screen or if their battery isn't holding a charge like it used to. We started this because we knew a bit about electronics and wanted to stay local. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights. There are just some shelves with cases and chargers. Sometimes the place gets a bit cluttered with parts and tools, but we know where everything is. Being in Govindpuri means there is always something happening outside the door. We see people going to work and kids coming back from school every day. We’ve been here for a while, so we recognize most of the faces that walk in. It’s a basic business. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us working the counter. If someone needs a quick fix or a new screen guard, they know where to find us. We don't spend money on ads or big signs. Word travels fast enough around here. We just try to be useful to the people living in Kalkaji. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night. That’s just the daily life for us at this shop.
