Gulshan Tent House

Gulshan Tent House is over in Burari Village, on Jagatpur Road at number 14. We don't really have a big storefront where you can walk in and browse. It’s mostly a place where we store all the poles, fabrics, and chairs for events. Most of the time, our stuff is out at someone’s wedding or a local function. When the gear comes back, we spend a lot of time cleaning the fabrics and checking if any of the chairs got broken. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot and we are loading the trucks. The yard is usually full of pipes and folded-up tents. We have a small office where we keep the ledger to track who has what. It’s not a fancy setup at all. The floor is concrete and there’s always a bit of dust because of the road right outside. We’ve been working in Burari for a long time, so we know most of the families around here. We don’t do any big advertising. Usually, someone just calls us because they saw our name on a truck or a neighbor told them about us. It’s a busy life, especially during the wedding season when we hardly get any sleep. But it’s what we do. We just make sure the tents are up on time and hope for good weather. We often share a meal together in the back after a long day of work.
