Gulati Telecom Services

Gulati Telecom Services is located in Krishan Nagar, at Filmistan Gali No 2, shop number 5140/1. It’s a very busy part of the neighborhood, and the street is quite narrow. We have been working out of this small shop for many years. We mainly focus on mobile phone repairs and selling accessories. If someone has a cracked screen or a phone that won't turn on, they bring it to us. I spend most of my time at the back bench with my tools, trying to fix small circuit boards. It can be quite tiring on the eyes. We also sell things like phone covers, tempered glass, and earphones. The shop is usually a bit cluttered with parts and tools, but I know where I keep everything. We also do mobile recharges and help people with their SIM card issues. It’s a very local kind of place. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just rely on the people who live in the surrounding streets. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive, and we just have to ask the customer to be patient. The walls are a bit old and the lighting is very bright so I can see the tiny screws. It’s just a simple, honest shop where we work hard every day to keep things running for the people in Krishan Nagar.
