Green Telecom Center

You can find us at Sriniwaspuri 24. Green Telecom Center is a small corner of the neighborhood where we’ve set up our shop. We do a bit of everything related to phones. If a speaker stops working or a button gets stuck, people bring it here. The shop isn't very big, so we have to use every bit of space on the walls for stock. It’s mostly just a few of us working here every day. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break, but otherwise, we’re usually busy with a screwdriver in hand. Sriniwaspuri is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve seen the street change a lot over the years. Our counter is scratched up from all the phones that have sat on it. We try to give people a straight answer about whether something can be fixed or if it’s time for a new one. We don't have any fancy uniforms or scripts to follow. It’s just us talking to our neighbors. The shop smells a bit like solder sometimes when we're working on boards. It’s a practical place for practical problems. Most people leave satisfied, which is enough for us. We're here most days of the week, just doing the job. It works for us and we stay busy.
