Great Communication & Mobile Repairing

Our shop, Great Communication & Mobile Repairing, is located in the heart of Sadar Bazar. It’s a very small space, but we have managed to fit a lot into it. We spend most of our time hunched over a workbench with tiny screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. Mobile phones are tricky things, and they seem to break in all sorts of ways. We see a lot of cracked screens and batteries that won't charge anymore. Sadar Bazar is an incredibly crowded market, so there is always a lot of noise and people pushing past the shop front. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the delicate parts of a phone. The shop walls are lined with boxes of spare parts and tools that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s not a shiny corporate service center. It’s just a place where we try to fix things so people can get back to their lives. Sometimes we can't fix a phone, and we just have to be honest with the customer about it. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell you stuff you don't need. We just look at the problem and see what we can do. It's a simple business in a very busy part of town, and we like it here.
