Vasant Kunj is one of those places that feels like a maze if you don't live here. Our office is at House Number 3218 in Sector A, Pocket B and C. It’s basically a house that we turned into a workspace. It makes it feel more relaxed than a cold office building. We handle customer services, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people and trying to solve problems. Some days are harder than others. You get people who are frustrated and you just have to listen and try to help. We have a small team here in New Delhi. The neighborhood is nice because there are some trees around and it doesn't feel as crowded as the city center. We started this because we knew how to talk to people and handle the back-end stuff. There is no big marketing team here. We don't have a flashy website or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we do our jobs. Most of the furniture is stuff we've had for a long time. It works fine. We make our own coffee and sometimes someone brings in snacks for the group. It is a very normal place to work. We are just regular people trying to make sure the customers who call us get what they need without too much of a headache. That is the goal every day we come in. It isn't always easy, but we get it done.
