We are located over in West Vinod Nagar, specifically on Street Number 9. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. Our address is C-346, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We do customer service work, which means we spend a lot of time on the phones and answering emails. It’s a small operation, nothing like those giant call centers you see in movies. We just have our desks set up and we try to keep up with all the messages coming in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. Finding the place can be a little tricky if you don't know the streets well, as the numbering in Delhi 92 is always a bit confusing for delivery drivers. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign that lights up at night. It’s just Goto Customer Services, run by people who live nearby or commute in on the metro. We handle the daily tasks that come our way. Every day is different depending on who is calling. It’s steady work and we like the neighborhood. There's a good tea stall at the corner where we usually end up in the afternoons. It’s not a glamorous life, but we get the job done and head home like everyone else. We just try to be helpful to the people on the other end of the line.
