Girdh Communications

Setting up shop in Saket 9 was something we decided to do because the area always has people moving around. We handle a lot of different things here at Girdh Communications. Mostly it is about helping people with their mobile plans or fixing a cracked screen that happened by accident. The shop is small, but we make it work. Every morning starts with cleaning the glass and checking what parts we need to order. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We see all kinds of people, from students to elderly folks who need help with their smartphone settings. We don't use any fancy systems, just a simple notebook to keep track of repairs and who owes what. If you come by, you might find us drinking tea while waiting for a software update to finish on a customer's phone. It is a quiet kind of work most days. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth in the block is enough. Sometimes we run out of a specific charger or cable, but we get new stock pretty fast. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and go home. People know they can find us here if their phone starts acting up for no reason at all. It is just a part of the daily routine for us.
