Ginni Telecom is located at 26/18 in Vishwas Nagar. We’ve been operating out of this small storefront for several years now. It’s a modest setup, nothing like those fancy electronics stores you find in the city center. We focus on the basics like mobile repairs, selling talk time, and offering various phone accessories. The walls are lined with whatever stock we could get our hands on this week. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors who need help with their gadgets or just want to pay a bill. We aren't interested in using corporate language or making big promises. We just fix what we can and tell you if we can’t. Vishwas Nagar is a tight-knit place, so reputation matters more than any advertisement. If we do a bad job, everyone knows. So, we just try to be honest and work hard. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to work by candlelight for a bit, but that’s just life here. We don't have a huge staff, just a few people who are good with their hands. It’s a quiet life for the most part, punctuated by the occasional rush of customers. We’re just happy to be here doing our bit for the folks around here. We hope to stay right in this spot for many more years.
