Gemini Communication sits at 234 A on the Main Road in East of Kailash. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic passing by all day long. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. We handle a lot of communication-related work, mostly mobiles and accessories. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a team of people in suits. It’s just us in our everyday clothes, helping whoever walks in. The shop floor is a bit uneven, and the shelves are crowded with various gadgets and wires. We spend a lot of time organizing things only for them to get messy again by the afternoon. That’s just the way it goes when you’re busy. The noise from the main road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't put much stock in being "professional" in the corporate sense. We’d rather just be helpful and clear about what we can do. If a repair is going to take three days, we tell you it’ll take three days. No false promises. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been at this location for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. Through it all, we just keep showing up and doing the work. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just have our tools and a desire to get through the day's work. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living here.
