Gaurav Tele Plaza

Gaurav Tele Plaza is based in the Patparganj Industrial Area, specifically at B 6/1 on Street No 13. Being in an industrial area means we get a lot of workers and staff coming in during their breaks. We handle various telecommunication services. This includes mobile repairs, selling accessories, and basic recharge services. The street can get a bit dusty because of all the trucks passing by, but we keep the shop as clean as we can. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have a few glass counters and some shelves with phone covers and cables. We’ve been operating from this same spot for several years now. People around here know us for being reliable with repairs. If something can’t be fixed, we tell them plainly. We don’t like to keep people waiting for weeks. Usually, if it’s a small issue, we try to do it right then. My nephew helps me out in the afternoons when it gets busy. We don't have a website or any big posters outside. Just a simple board with the name. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot, but it keeps us busy. We mostly deal with the people working in the nearby factories and offices. It's a practical business for a practical area. We stay open until the last shift ends nearby. It's just how we've always done things here.
