G T V Telecom is over in Shahdara, at Bholanath Nagar 456. It is a local neighborhood shop through and through. We deal with all sorts of telecom things, mostly phones and repairs. The shop is small, and we have stuff piled up on the shelves, from chargers to old phone parts. It’s not a corporate environment; it’s more of a place where neighbors drop by to chat while they get their phones fixed. We have been at this location for some time now, and we’ve seen the technology change so much. We try to keep up, but it is a lot to learn sometimes. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. Shahdara is a busy area, and Bholanath Nagar has its own rhythm. We open up every morning and wait for the first customers to arrive. There is no big mystery to how we run things. We just listen to what’s wrong and see if we can fix it. Sometimes we can, sometimes we can't, but we are always honest about it. We don't like using complicated words or technical jargon. We just speak plain English and try to be helpful. It is a quiet, steady life here in our little corner of the city, and we are happy with that.
