G C Dass & Co has been located at 5082 on D B Gupta Road in Karol Bagh for many years. If you have ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how busy it gets with all the shops and people moving around. Our office is tucked into that environment. It is an old building, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for us. We handle our daily business from here, mostly paperwork and meeting with people who have been coming to us for a long time. The street outside is always full of noise, rickshaws, and vendors, which is just part of being in this part of Delhi. Inside, it is a bit quieter, though we usually have the fans going full speed in the summer. We have desks piled with folders and a small area for guests to sit. We don't really bother with making the place look like a modern corporate office because that is not who we are. We are just a local firm doing our thing day after day. Most of our neighbors know us by name. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just keep going. It is a simple operation with a small team. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized despite the chaos of the main road outside. It is just a regular place where work gets done.
