Fiza Communication

If you walk down F29 in Shaheen Bagh, you’ll find us tucked in between the grocery store and the tailor. Fiza Communication is a small operation. Most of our day is spent greeting the same neighbors who have lived here for years. It gets pretty cramped inside when more than three people show up at once. We have a small stool near the door for anyone who needs to rest their legs. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time between handling the daily walk-ins. We open up late morning and stay until the street lights have been on for a good while. Shaheen Bagh is a lively place, especially in the evenings when everyone is out buying vegetables. We hear all the local gossip right here from behind the desk. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to restart the router a few times, which is frustrating but that’s just how it goes. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. There isn’t much of a staff, just a couple of us making sure everything stays running. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop where people come when they need a quick fix for their mobile issues. It’s our second home really.
