Fine Tent House

You can find us at R-205 on Sir Syed Road, right inside Gali No 5 in Jamia Nagar. We have been working out of this space for quite a few years. Mostly we deal with setting up tents for local events like small parties or neighborhood gatherings. It’s a busy street, so we are always moving stuff in and out of the warehouse. The storage area is full of folded carpets, pipes, and bundles of cloth. We spend a lot of time checking the materials for any tears or dirt after every job. It is just me and a couple of helpers who manage the whole thing. The summers are the hardest because of the heat, but the winter wedding season is when we really have no time to sit down. We don't have a big office, just a desk near the front where we keep the ledger. Sometimes the phone rings late at night with someone needing extra tables for the next day. We try to be fair with everyone who comes in. It’s a simple setup. We know most of the people on Sir Syed Road by now. It isn't anything fancy, just a local tent shop trying to get the job done right. We handle the heavy lifting ourselves. The truck usually parks around the corner because the lane is narrow. That is our daily life here. We just keep going day by day and try to keep the fabrics clean.
