We have our office at 13 B in Connaught Place. Being in CP means there’s always something going on outside our windows. Falcon Business Resources is a small team. We handle a lot of paperwork and administrative tasks for other businesses. It’s a classic old building with high ceilings and those heavy doors that have been there for decades. We don't have a modern glass-and-steel setup. Our furniture is a bit mismatched, and the files are stacked pretty high on the shelves. We spend our time on the phone or on our computers, trying to get things sorted for our clients. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. During lunch, we usually go out to one of the nearby stalls for a quick bite or some tea. The stairs up to our office are a bit steep, so we get our exercise for the day just by coming to work. We don't put out press releases or have a big social media presence. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with people who trust us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our jobs well enough so we can come back and do them again tomorrow. It’s just how we do things in this part of town and it works for us.
