We've been at the Ashram office in New Delhi for quite a while now. Most days are spent on the phone or tracking down vendors for the next big show. It's not a quiet job. We handle the floor plans, the heavy lifting of getting people together in one room, and the endless paperwork that comes with it. Being in 110014, the traffic can be a nightmare, but we're used to it. The team is small but we keep things moving. Sometimes we're working late on a Tuesday just to make sure a booth is right. It isn't always pretty. There are piles of brochures on the desks and half-empty coffee cups everywhere. We just focus on getting the event done. People think it's glamorous, but it's mostly logistics and making sure the electricity doesn't fail at the venue. We know the local guys who help with the setups. It’s been a long road since we started. Some of us have been here for years, watching the neighborhood change around the Ashram flyover. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a workspace where we figure out how to squeeze a hundred exhibitors into a hall. It gets busy during the peak season. We try to stay organized, but with trade shows, things change at the last minute. That's just how it goes here. We make it work, one day at a time, without much fuss.
