We are located over in Sector 14 in Noida, right on the second floor of the A-52 building. It’s a decent area, not too far from the main roads, which makes it easier for the staff to get in every morning. Managing exhibitions and events is basically what we do every day. It involves a lot of coordination and talking to different vendors and people who want to set up stalls. Some people think it’s all very glamorous, but mostly it is just a lot of logistics and checking lists over and over. We’ve been in this Uttar Pradesh office for a good while now. The space is filled with old files and posters from past shows we’ve helped with. It’s not one of those modern, glass-walled offices you see in the newer parts of Noida. It feels more lived-in and real to us. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and talk about the upcoming schedules. Sometimes the traffic in Noida gets really bad, especially during the rains, so we have to plan our meetings carefully. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen next. If there’s a problem with a venue or a delivery, we just jump on the phone and sort it out. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. We’ve seen the exhibition industry change a lot lately, but we just keep doing our thing.
