Evident Expertise

You can find us in Tradex Tower 2, specifically in room 106 on the first floor. We are right in the Alpha-1st Commercial Belt in Greater Noida. One of the best things about being here is that we are located right above the CCD. You can usually smell the coffee being made downstairs throughout the day, which is nice. This tower is pretty busy with all sorts of businesses. It’s a lot of people in suits or carrying laptops moving through the elevators. Our space, Evident Expertise, is just a regular office unit. We’ve got some filing cabinets that don’t quite close right and a few plants that we keep forgetting to water. It’s a functional space without any extra fluff. The commercial belt is always buzzing, so there’s never a quiet moment. We like the convenience of being here because everything is within walking distance. If we need a pen or a snack, we just head downstairs. The windows look out over the main road, so we see the traffic building up in the afternoons. It feels like a very typical office life. We aren't trying to be fancy or high-end. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in the building. It’s a practical spot for a business that just wants to get things done without any drama. The elevator can be slow during lunch, so we often just take the stairs.
