At Everest Brand Solutions, we work out of A 91 Defence Colony in Meerut. It is a decent area and our office is just a regular building that we have modified over the years to fit our needs. Working in Meerut is a bit different from being in a huge metro city, but the pace can still be quite fast. We spend our mornings going through emails and figuring out what needs to be done for the day. There are usually three or four of us in the main room, and it can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We have a lot of old posters and samples from previous projects pinned up on the walls because we never really got around to taking them down. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor creaks in a couple of places, but it feels like a real workspace. We do a lot of brand-related stuff, which means there is always something new to look at or think about. We take our tea breaks seriously and usually send someone out to the local market to get some snacks in the afternoon. It is not a flashy place with glass walls or high-tech gadgets everywhere. We just have our computers and each other. Most of us have been here for years, so we have a routine that works. It is just a normal office in Uttar Pradesh where we get things done.
