Eventz4U

Eventz4U is over in Sector 50, Gurgaon, right inside May Field Garden. We are quite close to Manav Rachna International School, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The neighborhood is actually pretty decent. We handle all kinds of events, from small birthdays to bigger family functions. It isn't a massive operation here. We are a small team and we mostly stay busy with phone calls and making endless lists. Our office is basically just a few desks and a lot of samples of fabric and decorations shoved into corners. The traffic around the school gets pretty bad in the afternoons, so we usually tell people to visit us either early or late. We have been in this part of Gurgaon for a good while now. We know where to find the best local guys for tents or lighting. We don't make those big, shiny promises you see in ads. We just look at your space and tell you what will actually fit. It’s a very practical business. Some days are incredibly long and we are on our feet until midnight. Other days are slower and we just sit around and talk. We don't have a corporate style or anything like that. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure every event happens the way it was planned. It is simple, honest work and that is how we like to keep it.
