Event Cordinator

Event Cordinator is tucked away on the second floor of a building in Kalkaji, right in the Govindpuri area. To get to us, you have to walk up some narrow stairs which can be a bit of a workout if you’re doing it multiple times a day. The address is 419/5, and it’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the local lanes around here. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in papers and a few old chairs for when people stop by to talk about their plans. We spend a lot of time on our phones, calling vendors and making sure things are moving. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. The neighborhood is always noisy, with people shouting and bikes zooming past, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there and wait for it to come back, maybe grab some tea from the shop downstairs. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working or chatting about the next schedule. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We know the local vendors in Delhi pretty well by now. We just try to keep things organized without making it too complicated for anyone involved in the events.
