Ess Ess Communication

Ess Ess Communication is situated in Lajpat Nagar IV Ods Lajpat Nagar-4. This part of town is always moving, and we are right there in the middle of it. We mainly focus on mobile phones and fixing things when they stop working. The shop is cozy, which is a nice way of saying it’s quite small. We have glass cabinets filled with all sorts of gadgets and cables. People bring us their phones when they drop them in water or when the battery won't hold a charge anymore. It’s a lot of fiddling with tiny parts and trying not to lose the screws. We get a mix of people coming in, from students to older folks who need help figuring out how to use an app. We don't have any polished speeches or marketing tricks. We just tell people what’s wrong with their device and how much it will cost to fix. Sometimes we can fix it in an hour, and other times it takes a couple of days if we need to get a part. The shop gets a bit of a breeze from the doorway, which is nice in the summer. We’ve been in Lajpat Nagar for a while now and we like the vibe of the area. It feels like a community where we are just the local guys who know about phones. We close up around eight and head home like everyone else.
