Elegant Communication

We are located in Shankar Market in Old Rajinder Nagar, specifically at 1-119. It’s a very old building and the stairs are a bit narrow, but once you find us, it’s a pretty standard communication shop. Elegant Communication has been part of this market for quite a while. The market itself is always crowded with students and shoppers, so there is a lot of energy around. We share a wall with a stationery shop, and we often borrow their stapler. The space inside is mostly taken up by the display counters and some stools for customers to sit on. It’s not the most modern place, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their phone problems. Sometimes the conversations have nothing to do with phones at all, just people talking about their day. We keep the shop open six days a week. On Sundays, we finally get some rest. The lighting inside is a bit yellow, which gives it a bit of an old-fashioned feel. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a small, local operation where we know the names of the people who come in regularly. We just focus on getting through the day and making sure the shop is ready for the next one.
