Earth Events

We run Earth Events from our small office at W 6 in Patel Nagar West. It is a busy residential neighborhood, and our space is pretty modest. We don't have a big, fancy storefront with mannequins or huge posters. Most of our work involves sitting at our desks, making phone calls to vendors, and trying to get everything lined up for whatever event is coming up next. Planning things like weddings or local parties can be pretty messy and stressful, so our office often has stacks of paper and sample fabrics lying around. We’ve been in Patel Nagar West for a while now, and we’ve grown to know the rhythm of the place. We don't claim to be the biggest or have the most expensive setups. We just take the requirements people give us and try to make them work within the budget they have. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure the tents or the food show up on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late because of Delhi traffic, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s the reality of this job. It’s not all glamour and flowers; it’s mostly hard work and logistics. We are just a small team at W 6 trying to keep things organized for people who have enough on their plate already. It’s practical work, and we just do our best with it every day. There is always something that needs to be sorted out at the last minute.
