Dwarka Telecom

Our shop is located at Sector 3, G 7 in Dwarka. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We’ve been running Dwarka Telecom here for some time and it has become part of the daily routine. Most people in the nearby blocks know us by now. We handle a bit of everything related to mobile phones. Whether it is a SIM card issue or a phone that won't charge, we take a look at it. The shop is small and we’ve packed it with as much as we can. You’ll see wires and chargers hanging everywhere. It’s not like those big showrooms you see in the malls. We prefer it this way. It feels more personal when someone comes in. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what’s wrong with their tech. Sometimes it's just a simple setting they couldn't find. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the shop stays open and people get their devices back on time. The area around Sector 3 is usually busy, especially in the evenings when families are out. We see a lot of regular faces. It’s just honest work. We open up early and stay until the last customer is sorted. Nothing too complicated about it, just a local telecom shop doing its thing. It works for us and keep us going every single day.
