Duggal Communication

Duggal Communication has been at Sector 132 B 4 for quite a while now. It’s a small shop where we mostly just fix phones and handle basic recharges. People from the neighborhood come in when they drop their phone or if the battery just won't hold a charge anymore. It's usually me and maybe one other person here during the day. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a few counters and some tools spread out on the desk. We started this because there weren't many places nearby to get a screen fixed without driving across town. Most of our days are spent squinting at small parts and trying to find the right screws. It’s a bit of a messy job, but someone has to do it. We get a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their settings. We don't have a big team or a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a local spot. Sometimes we run out of certain parts and have to wait for the delivery guy to show up, which can be annoying for the customers, but we try to be upfront about it. We don't like making promises we can't keep. If you're walking past B 4, you can usually see us working through the window. It’s a steady life and we appreciate the people who keep coming back to us.
