Dream Communication

Our shop is in the Lal Building at Dakshinpuri, right near the school at D-162. Dream Communication is mostly a place where people come to get their phones fixed or buy a new screen protector. It’s a small space, and the counter takes up most of the room. We have a lot of different chargers and cables hanging on the walls. It’s usually pretty busy when the school kids get out because they always need something for their devices. I spend a lot of my day looking through a magnifying glass at tiny circuit boards. It’s tedious work, and my eyes get tired by the end of the day. The building itself is an old landmark, so people find us easily. We don't do any big advertisements or have a polished corporate look. It’s just me and a helper sitting behind the glass. We talk to the neighbors and hear all the local gossip while we work. Sometimes the internet is slow or a repair takes longer than I thought it would, and I have to explain that to the customer. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job with the repairs so people come back next time they drop their phone. It’s a practical business and it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up at night.
