Dhurab Photo & Mobile Shop

Out here in Bawana, in the JJ Colony E-13 block, things are always moving fast. We run this small shop where we do a bit of everything related to photos and phones. Most people come in for passport-sized photos for their forms or ID cards. We have a small curtain set up in the corner and a digital camera that’s seen better days, but the pictures come out fine. Then there’s the mobile side of things. We sell a lot of recharge coupons and basic handsets. The colony is quite crowded, so there is always noise outside our door—kids playing, bikes revving, people talking. We keep a small stool outside for anyone who needs to wait for their prints to dry. It gets quite dusty because of the roads nearby, so we have to wipe down the glass counters every few hours. It’s not a fancy studio, just a practical place for the locals. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit to get the printer going again, but everyone understands how it is. We know most of the families around E-13 by name. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We don't have big signs or neon lights, just the name painted above the door. If you need a quick photo or your phone fixed, this is where we are. We try to keep things simple and helpful for everyone who walks through the door.
