Deutsche Bank Group

We operate out of Safdarjung Enclave at B-2/149 in New Delhi. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. This location is where Sandeep Kumar and the rest of us handle things for the Deutsche Bank Group. It’s not a big branch with ATMs and a lobby. Instead, it is more like a house that has been turned into a workplace. We have a lot of files and paperwork to deal with. Most days are spent on the phone or going through records to make sure everything is in order. It’s steady work, and we’ve been here for a while now. The neighborhood is nice for a walk during lunch, though finding a parking spot for visitors is nearly impossible. We have a routine that we stick to. Someone usually brings in some biscuits, and we sit around the table to plan out the day. It’s a very human way of doing things, despite the big name on the letterhead. We aren't fancy people. We just focus on being accurate and getting through the pile of tasks on our desks. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of ink at the worst time, but we just laugh it off and fix it. It's a simple, honest way to work without any of that corporate fluff.
