Our place is in Sector-19, Noida, at B-183. If you know Noida, you know Sector-19 is a pretty established area with a mix of houses and offices. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. The office is basically where we help people figure out their next job steps. It’s a lot of looking at resumes and talking to people about what they can do. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything, just a regular office with desks and some old filing cabinets. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is typical for the area, so we just wait it out. We don’t put on a show for anyone. It’s a very grounded environment. The staff here is straightforward; we tell people what the situation is without any sugar-coating. We get a lot of phone calls throughout the day. The building itself is nothing special to look at, but it works for what we need. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the paperwork is correct. There isn't any corporate jargon used around here. We just talk like regular people. It's a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road nearby, but you get used to it. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, helping folks find their way in the job market. It's been our daily routine for quite a long time now.
