Crown Communication

Down in Jamia Nagar at Abul Fazl Enclave, you can find us at N 122. It’s a busy little area and we are right in the middle of it. Crown Communication is basically where we spend our whole lives, dealing with phones and people coming in for all sorts of small things. The street outside is always full of students and families walking by. Inside the shop, we have counters full of stuff. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. Some days it’s just one person after another asking about a screen protector or why their signal isn't working right. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep things running. The air conditioner works when it feels like it, and we usually have a radio playing somewhere in the back. It’s mostly about helping folks stay connected. You get used to the noise of the neighborhood after a while. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a pen and a notebook mostly. If you come by, you’ll probably see me sitting behind the main counter, maybe drinking some chai. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and most of the neighbors know our faces. We just open up, do the work, and go home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life in a crowded part of Delhi, but we like being here even when things get a bit hectic. It feels like home after all this time.
