Cross Sales Dot In is based in Nehru Place, which everyone knows is the main hub for anything related to computers and electronics in Delhi. Our office is at 402/88. If you’ve ever walked through Nehru Place, you know it’s a chaotic mix of people, cables, and stacks of boxes everywhere. We are right in the middle of all that. Our space is more of an office setup than a walk-in retail store. We deal with sales, mostly handling orders and talking to people over the phone or through the computer. The building we are in is one of those older structures that has seen a lot of history. There’s always someone moving something in the hallway or a delivery guy looking for a specific room number. We spend most of our day sitting at our desks, managing spreadsheets and coordinating where things need to go. It’s a fast-paced environment because things move quickly in Nehru Place. If you don't keep up, you get left behind. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest operation on the block. We just focus on getting our sales done and keeping our accounts in order. Lunch usually comes from one of the stalls downstairs, and then it’s back to the phones. It’s a lot of routine work, but the energy of the market keeps things from being boring. We've been at 402/88 for a while now and just keep at it.
