Convergys India Services is located at J/B 27-D in Hari Enclave, Mayapuri. Being in New Delhi means we are right in the middle of everything. Our spot is pretty straightforward, tucked away in the enclave. We’ve been operating here for a while now, handling various service needs that come our way. It’s a busy environment in Mayapuri, and our office reflects that. We aren't into the whole corporate polish you see in the big glass towers downtown. We have a regular office where we do our daily tasks. It’s mostly computer work and talking to people over the phone or email. We’ve got a small team of folks who have been with us for a bit. We don't really do the whole marketing thing because most of our work comes from people who already know us or have heard about us through word of mouth. It’s practical work. We show up, do the hours, and make sure the services are delivered like they should be. Sometimes the days are long, especially when there's a backlog, but we just push through until the work is done. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours, so we fit right in. We don't have any grand statements or goals to share. We just provide the services people need from a local New Delhi base. It’s about keeping things moving and being reliable for the people who depend on us every day. We don't overcomplicate things. It's just business as usual for us here in Hari Enclave.
