We are over on Khati Pura Road in Jhotwara, specifically at number 12 in the Shiv Puri Extension here in Jaipur. This place is pretty much what you’d expect from a local service office. We have desks, computers, and a lot of phone lines. Most of the time, it's just the sound of typing and people talking. We provide various services for a larger company, but our day-to-day is very much rooted here in Jaipur. It’s not a high-rise glass building. It’s a practical space where we come to do our shifts. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the Jhotwara traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just handle the tasks that come our way and try to keep everything running smoothly. Some days are busier than others, especially when the systems are being slow. We are just a bunch of regular folks trying to do a good job. We have our tea breaks, we talk about the local news, and we get back to the screens. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. Being in the Shiv Puri area means we are close to home for many of us. We don't need fancy marketing to tell people we are here. We just do our work and head home when the shift is over.
