Convergys India Services Limited

Our office is at 43 Pusa Road, but you have to go around to the rear entry to get in. We are on the first floor. Karol Bagh is a really active part of New Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our windows. Convergys India Services Limited has been in this spot for a bit. It’s not the most modern building on the street, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people on phones or computers. We don't have a big sign out front or anything that stands out too much. You kind of have to know where you’re going to find the back entrance. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lighting in the hallway isn’t the brightest, but once you get inside the office, it’s fine. It gets quite noisy during peak hours when everyone is talking. We deal with a lot of service stuff here. It can be stressful when things pile up, but the staff just deals with it. Sometimes we order food from the local places around Pusa Road when we have to stay late. It’s just a normal workplace with normal problems. We don't pretend to be anything fancy. We are just a bunch of people trying to get through the daily tasks and make sure the work gets handled properly.
